Issues:

The Revenue appealed against the disallowance of Cenvat credit amounting to &8377; 5,57,224/- in the Order-in-Original No.14/2009. The Tribunal dismissed the Revenue's appeal, upholding the impugned order and allowing the admissibility of Cenvat credit on transportation services for clinker transfer.
