2020 (3) TMI 693 - SCH - Income TaxMaintainability of appeal - low tax effect - HELD THAT - Though the entire tax effect in the present matter has been stated to be to the tune of 11.21 crores it is admitted that in respect of question as framed at page 49 the tax effect is less than 2 crores. We see no reason to interfere in the matter. This special leave petition is accordingly dismissed.
