Money laundering - impugned order set aside as no Prosecution Complaint was filed within the required time frame of ninety days - HELD THAT - The impugned order was passed on 01st December 2015. As of today no prosecution complaint has been filed. The retention does not survive. The appeals are allowed by setting aside the impugned order. It is clarified that the appeals are not decided on merits. Copy of the order be given dasti to both the parties.
