Provisional attachment - Expiry of 80 days mandatory period for confirmation of the provisional attachment u/s 5 of PMLA - it was held by High Court that 'learned Single Judge has rightly set aside the provisional attachment order.' HELD THAT - It is not required to interfere with the impugned judgment and hence, the special leave petition is dismissed.
