The Special Leave Petition is accordingly dismissed.
The Supreme Court of India, in a judgment by Justices Abhay Manohar Sapre and Indu Malhotra, declined to interfere with the impugned order passed by the High Court after considering arguments from both parties. The Court found no reason to disturb the High Court's reasoning and conclusion. The Special Leave Petition was dismissed, but the concerned Magistrate was directed to decide the complaint within six months in accordance with the law.
