The High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad dismissed appeals by the appellant revenue against employees of M/s. Narmada Cement Company Limited and M/s. Ultratech Cement Limited for the diversion of imported coal, citing violation of conditions under Notification No. 43/2002-CUS. The Tribunal's order deleting penalties for the employees was upheld, and both appeals were dismissed.
