Summary

The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi allowed an appeal by the appellant in Appeal No. E/359/98-NB(D) under Final Order No. A/455/2000-NB(DB), dated 31-5-2000, setting aside the impugned adjudication order. The appellant made a pre-deposit of Rs. 8 lakhs, and upon the appeal being allowed, the Tribunal directed the respondent to refund Rs. 1.5 lakh with interest as per Section 11BB.
