The Appellate Tribunal CEGAT, New Delhi rejected the appeal of M/s. R.G. Digitronix (P) Ltd. regarding the availment of small scale exemption and general exemption simultaneously under Notification No. 1/93-C.E. and Notification No. 70/93-C.E. The Tribunal upheld the view that both exemptions could not be availed simultaneously.
