Validity of certificate. 10. 1 [(1)] Every certificate or registration granted to a person under the Act shall be valid for a period of five years from the date of its issue. 2 [(2) The validity of certificate surrendered under section 14A of the Act shall be deemed to have expired on the date of acceptance of the request by the Central Government.] ************ NOTES:- 1.
