Rule 36 - Procedure at hearing of petition. - Company Court Rules, 1959Extract Procedure at hearing of petition. 36. At the hearing of the petition, the Judge may either dispose of the petition finally, or give such directions as may be deemed necessary for the filing of counter affidavits and reply affidavits, if any, and for service of notice on any person who, in his opinion, has been omitted to be served or has not been properly served with the notice of the petition and may adjourn the petition to enable the parties to comply with his directions. Except as otherwise ordered by the Judge, it shall not be necessary to give notice of the adjourned hearing to any person.
