This Register is common to all the liquidations, the purpose of the Register being to enable the Official Liquidator to keep watch on the progress of the realisation of decrees in favour of the companies in his charge. 2. Every decree or order for payment of money or delivery of property in favour of the company including an order for payment of costs whether made in a suit, appeal or application, should be entered in this Register.
