CHAPTER V SERVICE TAX Amendment of Act 32 of 1994. 143. In the Finance Act, 1994, (A) in section 65, after the Explanation occurring at the end of clause (121), the following proviso shall be inserted with effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification, appoint, namely: " Provided that the provisions of this section shall not apply with effect from such date as the Central Government may, by notification, appoint.";
