75. Application for obtaining an order for calling of general meeting (other than Annual General Meeting).- (1) An application under section 98 for obtaining an order for calling of a general meeting (other than Annual General Meeting) shall be made by any director or member of the company in Form No. NCLT. 1 and shall be accompanied by the documents specified in Annexure B. (2) A copy of the application shall be served on the Registrar of Companies on or before the date of hearing.
