Section 3 - Amendment of article 248. - Constitution (101st Amendment) Act, 2016

Amendment of article 248. 3 . In article 248 of the Constitution, in clause (1), for the word Parliament , the words, figures and letter Subject to article 246A, Parliament shall be substituted. *************** NOTES:- 1. Shall come into force w.e.f. 16th day of September 2016 vide S.O. 2986(E) dated 16.09.2016 .
