Amendment of article 249. 4 . In article 249 of the Constitution, in clause (1), after the words with respect to , the words, figures and letter goods and services tax provided under article 246A or shall be inserted. *************** NOTES:- 1. Shall come into force w.e.f. 16th day of September 2016 vide S.O. 2986(E) dated 16.09.2016 .
