Amendment of section 216 71. In section 216 of the principal Act, in sub-section (1),- (i) in clause (b), for the word company , the words company; or shall be substituted; (ii) after clause (b), the following clause shall be inserted, namely:- (c) who have or had beneficial interest in shares of a company or who are or have been beneficial owners or significant beneficial owner of a company. .
