209 . Amendment of section 3. In section 3 of the principal Act, ( a ) in sub-section ( 3 ), item ( i ) shall be omitted; ( b ) in sub-section ( 6 ), in clause ( b ), the words revenue balance and shall be omitted; ( c ) in sub-section ( 6A ), item ( iii ) shall be omitted.
