163. Amendment of section 6. In section 6 of the principal Act, (a) in sub-section (1), (i) in clause (ca), the words the Reserve Bank, shall be omitted; (ii) in clause (d), for the words two directors , the words one director shall be substituted; (b) in sub-section (2), for the words in consultation with the Reserve Bank and directors , the words the director shall be substituted.
