SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE BOARD OF INDIA (APPEAL TO CENTRAL GOVERNMENT) RULES, 1993 Notification : No. GSR 362(E), dated 2-4-1993. In exercise of the powers conferred by section 29 , read with section 20 , of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely :- 1. Short title and commencement. (1) These rules may be called the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Appeal to the Central Government) Rules, 1993. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2-4-1993.
