Period of subscription 87. The rights issue shall be kept open for subscription for a minimum period of 2 [ seven days ] and for a maximum period of thirty days 3 [ such period as may be specified by the Board from time to time ] 1 [ and no withdrawal of application shall be permitted after the issue closing date ] . ************* NOTES:- 1 .
