Filing of the offer document 246. (1) The issuer shall file a copy of the offer document with the Board through the lead manager(s), immediately upon 1 [ filing ] of the offer document with the Registrar of Companies: (2) The Board shall not issue any observation on the offer document. (3) The lead manager(s) shall submit a due-diligence certificate as per Form A of Schedule V including additional confirmations as provided in Form G of Schedule V along with the offer document to the Board. (4) The offer document shall be displayed from the date of filing in terms of sub-regulation (1) on the websites of 3 [ the issuer, ] the Board, the lead manager(s) and the SME exchange(s).
