CHAPTER III PROVISIONS AS TO PUBLIC ISSUE PART I - ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS Reference date. 25. Unless otherwise provided in this Chapter, an issuer making a public issue shall satisfy the conditions of this Chapter as on the date of filing draft offer document with the Board and also as on the date of registering the offer document with the Registrar of Companies.
