Clause 79 - Amendment of section 149. - Finance (No. 2) Bill, 2019

Amendment of section 149. 79. In section 149 of the Customs Act, after the words custom house to be amended , the words in such form and manner, within such time, subject to such restrictions and conditions, as may be prescribed shall be inserted.

Note:- AMENDMENTS IN THE CUSTOMS ACT, 1962 - FINANCE (No.2) BILL, 2019
