Amendment of section 33B. 163. In section 33B of the principal Act,- (i) in sub-section (1), in clause (c), for the words the National Housing Bank , the words the National Housing Bank or the Reserve Bank shall be substituted; (ii) in sub-section (3), for the words the Registrar of Companies , the words the Registrar of Companies and the Reserve Bank shall be substituted.
