1 [Determination of amount of Reward. 7E . (1) The amount of the Reward, if payable, shall be determined by the Board. (2) While determining the amount of Reward under sub-regulation (1), the Board may specify the factors that may be taken into consideration by the Informant Incentive Committee. (3) An Informant may be eligible for a Reward whether or not he reported the matter to his organization as per its internal legal and compliance procedures and irrespective of such organization s compliance officer subsequently providing the same Information to the Board. ] ************* NOTES:- 1.
