Definitions (1) In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) Act means the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 (15 of 1992) ; (b) Board means the Securities and Exchange Board of India established under section 3 of the Act. (2) All other words and expressions used in these rules but not defined, and defined in the Act shall have the same meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
