Section 52 - Amendment of section 158AA. - Finance Act, 2022

Amendment of section 158AA. 52 . In section 158AA of the Income-tax Act, in sub-section (1), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- Provided that no such direction shall be given on or after the 1st day of April, 2022. .
