1 [CHAPTER IVB FRAMEWORK FOR UNIT BASED EMPLOYEE BENEFIT SCHEME Applicability 17G. (1) The provisions of this chapter shall be applicable for all unit based employee benefit scheme introduced on or after the date of this chapter coming into force: Provided that the provisions pertaining to disclosure requirements in this chapter shall apply to any unit based employee benefit scheme introduced prior and subsisting as on the date of this chapter coming into force. (2) For unit based employee benefit scheme introduced prior to this chapter coming into force, any unit acquired or any unit based employee benefit options granted by any employee benefit trust after the date of this chapter coming into force, shall be in compliance with this chapter. ] ************** NOTES:- 1.
