1 [Disclosures. 17L . (1) The manager shall disclose details of the unit based employee benefit scheme being implemented in the Annual Report of the REIT, as specified in Part F of Schedule X of these regulations. (2) The manager shall include the value of options granted under a unit based employee benefit scheme as a part of its employee compensation and shall disclose the same in the Annual Report. ] *************** NOTES:- 1.
