Regulation 11 - Amount of Fee - CCI (Procedure In Regard To The Transaction Of Business Relating To Combinations) Regulations, 2011

11. Amount of Fee.- The amount of fee payable alongwith the notice in Form I or Form II, as the case may be, shall be as under:- (a) where the notice is filed in Form l, the fee payable shall be 5 [ rupees twenty lakh (₹ 20,00,000) only; ] (b) where the notice is filed in Form II, the fee payable shall be 6 [ rupees sixty five lakh (₹ 65,00,000) only. ] ************** NOTES:- 1.
