52. Inviting experts of eminence to assist Commission. Without prejudice to sub-section (3) of section 36 of the Act, or guidelines issued thereunder, the Commission may invite experts of eminence to assist the Commission in discharging of its functions under the Act on such terms and conditions and at such times as may be decided by the Commission: Provided that the Commission shall have absolute discretion as regards the evaluation of expertise or eminence of those invited to assist the Commission.
