Rule 1 - Short title and commencement - Export of Services Rules, 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by 1 sections 93 and 94 of the Finance Act, 1994 (32 of 1994), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:- 1. Short title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Export of Services Rules, 2005. (2) They shall come into force on the 15th day of March, 2005. ************************** Note : 1. For the words, brackets and figures " sub-section (1) and sub-section (2) of section 94" , the words and figures "sections 93 and 94" has been substituted vide Notification No. 13/2006 dated 19/4/2006
