Custody with a person other than custody officer. 34. Notwithstanding anything contained in rule 33, the custody officer may, with the approval of the Tax Recovery Officer, entrust the attached livestock to any other fit person under his own supervision and the Tax Recovery Officer may fix the remuneration to be allowed to such person after taking into account the local circumstances and the charges which such person may have to incur for the maintenance and custody of such livestock.
