2018 (10) TMI 541 - AT - Service TaxRectification of Mistake - factual error that is sought to be corrected, is rectification of the figure of redemption fine imposed and recorded by the Bench in Para 5 of the Order - Held that - The error is rectified and the last sentence of Para 5 will be read as under Keeping in view the entire issue, I reduce the redemption fine from ₹ 3.50 lakhs to ₹ 1.00 lakhs (Rupees one lakh only). - application for ROM allowed.
The Appellate Tribunal CESTAT HYDERABAD rectified a factual error in Final Order No.30741/2017, correcting the redemption fine from Rs. 3.00 lakhs to Rs. 1.00 lakh. The mistake was rectified, and the application for rectification was disposed of.
