SLP dismissed.
The Supreme Court, with Hon'ble Mr. Justice M.M. Sundresh and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rajesh Bindal presiding, heard arguments from Mr. Suryaprakash V Raju, A.S.G. (NP), and others for the Petitioner, and Ms. Hetu Arora Sethi, AOR, and Mr. Yogesh Jagia, Adv., for the Respondent. The Court found no reason to overturn the High Court's order due to the ongoing trial and thus dismissed the Special Leave Petition. Any pending applications are also resolved.
