ESTATE, NEW DELHI 110 002 No.F.7(420)/Policy/VAT/2011/897-904 Dated : 21.11.2011 CIRCULAR NO. 15 OF 2011-12 Sub. : Filing of monthly returns for the tax period October, 2011 Online filing of Annexure 2A 2B for the tax period October, 2011 is mandatory for all the dealers filing monthly returns. In order to facilitate the filing of Annexure 2A 2B online along with DVAT/CST Returns, in exercise of the powers conferred under rule 49A of the DVAT Rules, 2005 , the last date for online filing of monthly returns for the tax period October, 2011 is extended upto 09.12.2011. The last date for filing of hard copy of the returns for the tax period October, 2011 is also extended upto 12.12.2011. However, the tax due for the above mentioned period shall be deposited as per the provisions of Section 3(4) of the DVAT Act, 2004 . Penalty on last deposit of tax due shall be imposed as applicable.
