Condition on import of textile and textile articles GOVERNMENT OF INDIA MINISTRY OF COMMERCE DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF FOREIGN TRADE CIR. NO. 27(RE-2003)/2002-2007, DT. 16/02/2004 Attention is invited to Policy Circular No. 1 dated 17.04.2003 regarding import of textile and textile articles. The following changes has been made in the Para 2 (2) of the said Policy Circular as under: " Import consignments of industrial product i.e. transmission belts/ pressure belts, lining material for manufacture of luggage goods which do not come into direct contact with the human body."
