HB Vol.1 - DEPB Rate list - Appendix 28A Public Notice No.8 (RE-99)/1997-2002 dated the 8th May,1999 . In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 4.11 of the Export and Import Policy, 1997-2002, as notified in the Gazette of India extraordinary, Part-II- Section 3 - Sub- section (ii) vide S.O No. 283(E) dated 31.3.97, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following amendment in the Handbook of Procedures (Vol.1) (RE- 99), 1997-2002. 1. The following shall be added in the respective product groups as given in Appendix- 28A. The description of export product given in S.No. 70 of plastic product shall be amended to read as "Single side decorative laminates with or without barrier paper". 3. The description of export product given in S.No. 475 of Engineering product shall be amended to read as "Spherical Grey/malleable/ Ductile iron castings Rough/machined". 4.
