Amendment/correction in the schedule of DEPB rates PUBLIC NOTICE NO. 46(RE-03) Dated 04/02/2004 In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.4 of the Export and Import Policy, 2002-2007 and paragraph 1.1 of Handbook of Procedures (Vol-I), the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby makes the following addition / correction / amendment in the book titled "Schedule of DEPB Rates". I) Product Group : Engineering Product Code : 61 i) The description of the export product, the DEPB rate and value cap of Sl. No. 353 is amended to read as under:- Sl. No. Description DEPB Rates (%) Value cap for DEPB entitlement 353 Table, Kitchen and other household articles made of Stainless Steel with or without handle/ lid; irrespective of what material the handle / lid may have been made of 13.00 Rs. 135.00 /kg ii) After the existing entry at Sl.
