Subject : Corrigemdum to Circular No. 1 of 2003, dated February 10, 2003—regarding. Reference is invited to Circular No. 1 of 2003, dated February 10, 2003, issued by the Foreign Tax Division of the Central Board of Direct Taxes. While issuing the said circular, the name of the Central Board of Direct Taxes got inadvertently omitted. It is hereby informed that the said circular was issued by the Central Board of Direct Taxes under section 119 of the Income-tax Act, 1961.
