Guidelines for receipt of Form DVAT 51 GOVERNMENT OF NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI DEPARTMENT OF TRADE AND TAXES VYAPAR BHAWAN, I.P. ESTATE, NEW DELHI - 110002 CIRCULAR NO. 6 OF 2008-09 No.F.6(62)/Policy-I/VAT/2009/795 Dated : 03/02/2009 Subject: Guidelines for receipt of Form DVAT 51 This is in supersession of all previous circulars/instructions on the subject cited. In order to streamline the receipt of Form DVAT 51, it has been decided to make arrangement henceforth as under:- (i) Form DVAT 51 along with Central Statutory Forms shall be received in the concerned ward instead of Front Office. (ii) Form DVAT 51 will be received through the system and acknowledgement will be given on the duplicate/photocopy of the same given by the dealer or his representative in the concerned ward. (iii) Form DVAT 51 along with Central Forms received in the wards shall be entered in a separate register, namely Form DVAT 51 Register, to be maintained in the ward quarter wise / year wise in the format given below.
