GOVERNMENT OF WEST BENGAL DIRECTORATE OF COMMERCIAL TAXES 14, BELIAGHATA ROAD, KOLKATA-700015 O R D E R No. 01/WBGST/PRO/17-18 dated: 21.06.2017 In exercise of power conferred upon me under sub-section (2) of section 4 of the West Bengal Goods and Services Tax Ordinance, 2017 , I hereby specify that the Senior Joint Commissioner, the Joint Commissioner, the Deputy Commissioner, the State Tax Officer and the Assistant State Tax Officer of State Tax posted in the Circles shall exercise their jurisdiction of the respective Circles.
