Tel: 03862-224171, email: [email protected] Trade Notice No. 01/2018 Dated, Dimapur the 30 th May, 2018 Subject: Organizing of refund fortnight from 31st May, 2018 to 14th June, 2018 It is for the general information/awareness of the Trade and all concerned that the Chairman, CBIC has directed through video-conference held on 29/05/2018 to organize a Refund Fortnight with effect from 31st May, 2018 to 14th June, 2018, in order to clear all pending Refund applications on Input Tax Credit. Accordingly, the Dimapur GST Commissionerate is organizing a Refund Fortnight for the period as cited above. Hence, all taxpayers under the jurisdiction of Nagaland are requested to file the refund claim, if pending, immediately to resolve the matter. All the officers concerned are requested to clear the pending refund claims within the aforementioned period. The Trade Industry Associations/Chambers of Commerce are requested to publicize the contents of the Trade Notice to all their members. (K.
