No. 528/43/2017-STO (TU) (COPY ENCLOSED) by the STO, TU Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Excise and Customs, New Delhi, wherein it is informed that the Antenna used at base Transceiver Station/Node B/e Node B in a Wireless telecommunication network is classifiable under CTH 85176290. 02. The contents of the aforesaid Instruction may please be brought to the notice of all Trade/Industry/Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce and Industry/Members of RAC and all others concerned persons under the jurisdiction of CGST Commissionerate Jabalpur.
