Reference to this Ministry's letter F. No. 394/116/91-Cus.(AS), dated 10th June, 1991 on the above subject and to say that it has been decided by the Board to withdraw the above mentioned instructions with immediate effect. However, in case any Government servant is detained under COFEPOSA, details thereof may please be furnished to the Board.
