Attention of all Importers, Customs Brokers, Members of the Trade Industry Associations, Customs Officers and others is invited towards the Public Notice No. 21/2010 dated 21.05.2010, 10/2014 dated 31.07.2014, 04/2015 dated 06.02.2015 and 06/2017 dated 16.02.2017 2 Consequent to introduction of GST on 01.07.2017, Para 2(i) and 2(v) of the Public Notice No 10/2014 dated 31.07.2014 is amended as under: Para 2(i) - Copy of VAT/Sales Tax/ GST Registration Certificate Para 2(v) - Copy of the Income Tax Return/ VAT or Sales Tax Return/GST Return filed for the previous/current year/month, as the case may be. 3 All other required documents and procedure mentioned in the aforesaid Public Notices shall remain unchanged 4 Difficulties, if any, faced in the implementation of this Public Notice may be brought to the notice of the Addl./Joint Commissioner of Customs(Import), ACC, Sahar (Vinayak Azaad) Commissioner of Customs (Import) Air Cargo Complex, Mumbai
