Extension of validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs). - DGFT - 03/2015-2020

Government of India Ministry of Commerce Industry Department of Commerce Directorate General of Foreign Trade PUBLIC NOTICE No. 03/2015-2020 NEW DELHI DATED 11 April, 2019 Subject: Extension of validity of Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs). In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20), the Director General of Foreign Trade in relaxation of the provision as in Para 2.55 (d) of the Handbook of Procedure, 2015-20, notifies as under:- The validity of recognition of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) included in the Appendix 2G of Appendices and Aayat Niryat Forms (A ANF) of Foreign Trade Policy (2015-20) who have completed their tenure of three years as on date or whose validity would expire on or before 30.06.2019, is extended upto 30.06.2019. Effect of this Public Notice: Validity of the Pre-shipment Inspection Agencies (PSIAs) as listed in the Appendix 2G of A ANF, whose validity expires on or before 30.06.2019, is extended up to 30.06.2019.
