Attention of the Trade is invited to the Order No. 4/2018-GST dated 17.09.2018 issued vide F.NO. 349/58/2017-GST by the Commissioner (GST) to the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Tax Research Unit, New Delhi, whereby on the recommendation of the Council, the Commissioner hereby extends the period for submitting the declaration in FORM GST TRAN-I till 31st January, 2019, for those registered taxpayers who could not submit the said declaration by the due date on account of technical difficulties on the common portal and whose cases have been recommended by the Council. The said Circular is available on CBIC website which may kindly be referred to for further details. 02. All the Trade Associations and Chambers of Commerce and Industries, Goods and Services Tax assesses are requested to bring the same to the notice of all their members/ constituents for their information and further necessary action. 03.
