Kind attention of all the suppliers of Goods and Services, Members of Trade and Industries and other concerned is invited to letter C. No. IV(35)10/2015- Systems Pt. /8398-8431 dated 26.09.2017 issued by the Directorate General of Systems Data Management, New Delhi on the subject above which is as under; Reference is invited to the Director General's DO letter of even number dated 08.09.2017 addressing several' issues related to IGST Export Refunds effective from 1 st October 2017. 2. It is re-iterated that declaration of' Bank account accurately is crucial for successful payment of refund into the exporters' bank accounts electronically. It is advised to ensure that the bank accounts registered with the Customs on 'ICES is one of the accounts registered with GSTN [Rule 96(3), CGST Rules] to facilitate smooth data exchange and verification. 3. All the Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce and Members of RAC/PGRC are requested to publicize the contents of .this, Public/Trade Notice amongst their Members/constituents, for information and necessary action.
