IV(16)/CCO/BZ/GST/06/2017 Dated: 06.09.2017 TRADE NOTICE NO. 06/2017-18-GST Subject:- Facilitating taxpayers on filing of GSTR-1, 2 3 returns by way of live demonstration on GST Seva Kendras - Reg. It is brought to the notice of all the members of Trade/Industry/Trade Associations/Chambers of Commerce and Industry/RAC and all others concerned that Central Goods Service Tax Commissionerates of Bhopal Zone (Madhya Pradesh Chhattisgarh States) has set up GST Seva Kendra in the Headquarters office of all the Commissionerates under Bhopal Zone i.e. at Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, ujjain and Raipur and in all the Divisional /Range office following within its jurisdiction for providing guidance and hand holding to taxpayers, which have already started functioning w.e.f. 01.05.2017. 2. As you are aware that the CBEC vide Notification 29/2017-Central Tax dated 05.09.2017 (enclosed) has laid down the raised time period for furnishing of details/Returns for the month of July and August 2017, on extended basis, as under S. No. Month Details/Returns Time period for furnishing Detail/ Returns 1 July ' 2017 FORM GSTR-1 Upto 10th September, 2017 FORM GSTR-2 11 - 25th September, 2017 FORM GSTR-3 Upto 30th September, 2017 2 August '2017 FORM GSTR-1 Upto 5th October, 2017 FORM GSTR-2 6 - 10th October, 2017 FORM GSTR-3 upto 15th October, 2017 3. The departmental officers in Seva Kendras will offer guidance and hand holding to the existing and new taxpayers regarding filing of GSTR-I, 2 3 returns and also live demonstration of filing of returns will be organized at these Seva Kendra so as to instill the confidence in assesses filing the return for the first time. 4. Seva Kendra are functioning from 09:30 hrs to 18:00 hrs on all working days. Any person who wishes to seek guidance regarding filing of GSTR-1,2 3 returns can contact the officers in Seva Kendras in the offices of this Commissionerate. 5. The Trade and Industry in the Commissionerate are requested to make use of this facility and bring the same to the notice of their constituent members and the trade in general. It is expected that these dedicated Seva Kendras would help assesses in smooth and hassle free filing of GSTR-1, 2 3 returns. 6. Hindi version follows. (Hemant A.
